shipping and returns

Production and Shipping Policy:

every item is made to order by a third party. Please allow 3-7 days for production to be completed. Once completed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

items on same order may ship separately from different manufacturers so do not worry if items arrive at different times  

 

 

singular item orders will have free shipping in the US.

 

Multiple item orders (2 items*) will have a $10 shipping fee in US as shipping rates increase due to weight of package. 

* items cannot be 2 hoodies due to shipment weight. Orders with 2 hoodies will have a $20 shipping charge.

 

multiple items ordered (3+ items) will have a $20 shipping fee in US

 

International Shipping:

duties and customs charges, if applicable, will not be covered by nead. Customer must be aware of possible duties and customs charges on imported goods. Customer must cover fees as nead. does not take responsibility for paying these fees.

 

Returns and Refunds:

due to the nature of our business, made to order, all sales are final. nead. is an independent brand that relies on the support from our community.
